About VENUE
VENUE is an independent fragrance house that bridges Asian heritage with an American creative sensibility—where scent becomes an artifact of cultural movement, connecting tradition, modernity, and memory.
Our team comes from YouTube, Uber, VSCO, Warner Music Group, Harvard Business School, and award-winning design studios.
Based between Vietnam and New York, we’re small, intentional, and shaping a global fragrance house defined by perspective, memory, and instinct—where scent becomes a vessel for culture, emotion, and taste.
We launched in late 2025. Today, our fragrances are carried in Paris, New York, and select destinations across Asia. We’re just getting started.
The Role
We're looking for someone to help us build VENUE's brand awareness and community.
You'll identify creators and tastemakers who should know about VENUE, reach out to them, build relationships, and help turn those relationships into genuine advocacy.
This is a part-time, remote role based in Vietnam. You'll work directly with our co-founders.
What you'll do
- Research and identify creators, tastemakers, and community voices who align with VENUE.
- Manage outreach, write messages, send products, follow up.
- Build and maintain community relationships over time (this isn't one-and-done; it's relationship building).
- Support and streamline outreach efforts—help maintain a clear, organized system for tracking contacts, collaborations, and what’s resonating.
- Contribute ideas. If you see an opportunity or a better way to do things, we want to hear it.
Who we are looking for
You don't need prior experience. We care about attitude.
You might be a fit if you are:
- Curious. You like learning new things. You'll google something at 11pm just because you wanted to know.
- Hardworking. You're willing to roll up your sleeves. Building a brand is about consistency. Being in love with the quiet, meticulous work behind the scenes that makes everything else possible.
- Creative. Or at least willing to think differently. There’s no rigid playbook here. We’re looking for someone who can imagine—not just fill in the blanks. Unconventional thinking, guided by intention.
- An excellent communicator. Especially in both written and spoken English. Outreach is 90% of this role, and every message represents VENUE.
- A self-starter. We're a small team. We'll give you direction, but you need to run with it.
- Fluent in social media. Not just platforms, but the pulse of culture. You get the rhythm of the internet, the nuance of what lands, and why people engage.
- Mission-driven. You care about building something meaningful. You're excited by the idea of a luxury brand with Vietnamese roots competing on the world stage.
A love for fragrance is a plus, but not required.
