Returns & refunds

If you bought your items at a retail store, please follow that retailer’s return/cancellation policy. We cannot accept these items directly.

For orders placed on venuefragrances.com, due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@venuefragrances.com within 7 days for assistance. Please include your name, order number, and any relevant photos or videos.

For orders with custom engraving option, we cannot accept return.
