VENUE was founded by a team of Asian American creatives with diverse backgrounds in tech, music, and design. Together, they bring a deep appreciation for culture, creativity, and design to every aspect of VENUE.

VENUE is based in both Vietnam and the US, with plans to expand to other countries in the near future.

Our debut fragrance, Prologue, is crafted using high-quality fragrance oils sourced from the United States and packaged in Vietnam. These oils comply with the strictest IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards and are free of phthalates—a commonly debated ingredient in the fragrance industry.

Prologue is VENUE’s debut fragrance, designed as a Parfum de Peau—a skin scent that evolves intimately with the wearer. 

At its heart lies the finest synthetic musk, renowned for its soft, clean notes that beautifully mimic the natural warmth of skin. Alluring and sensual, this musk creates a velvety, transparent effect that lingers with effortless elegance. Enhanced by delicate florals and soft woods, Prologue offers an intimate, personal fragrance experience that evolves seamlessly with the wearer.

Prologue is alcohol-free, setting it apart from traditional perfumes, making it exceptionally gentle and non-drying on the skin.

As an oil-based fragrance, Prologue can naturally soften over time. Depending on your skin pH, some users have the scent linger into the next day. Feel free to reapply as needed to keep its subtle allure.

For an even richer experience, apply Prologue to moisturized skin or clothing. Some users find leaving the bottle open briefly enhances its strength.

• Apply Generously: for a more noticeable fragrance, apply liberally to pulse points like your wrists, neck, chest, and behind the ears. This will help with projection.

• Layer for Depth: If you prefer a more intense experience, try layering Prologue with other complementary notes such as vanilla or musk. You can also pair Prologue with your favorite fragrance; using it as an enhancer.

• Give It Time: the scent evolves as it blends with your skin's natural oils. Let it develop throughout the day for a full, personal fragrance experience.

We currently offer free shipping within Vietnam for all orders above VND 1,000,000.

At this time, we are shipping Prologue only within Vietnam. However, we are actively working to expand to global shipping soon. If you're outside Vietnam and interested in our products, please join our waitlist HERE, and we will notify you as soon as shipping becomes available in your region.

All VENUE orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during major sales or holidays. Once picked up and scanned by our carrier, transit times are typically 3-5 business days, depending on your delivery destination.

We currently accept bank transfers via QR code scanning.

For orders placed on our website, due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@venuefragrances.com within 7 days for assistance.
